Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Canvasé order. If something isn’t quite right, you can return eligible items in accordance with the policy below.

14-Day Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you wish to return an item.

To start a return, please contact hello@canvaseshop.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. Once you have notified us, the item must be sent back within 14 days.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned unworn, unused and in their original condition, with all original tags attached. Please take reasonable care when trying on garments. We may reduce the amount refunded where an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and fit, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items. We recommend using a tracked postal or courier service, as Canvasé cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels that are lost in transit.

Please include your order number and name inside the parcel so we can identify your return.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow several working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

For eligible cancellations, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded where required by applicable consumer law. Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method are not refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact hello@canvaseshop.com before returning it. We will arrange the appropriate resolution and, where applicable, cover reasonable return costs.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, please contact hello@canvaseshop.com, and we will let you know whether the requested size is available.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
