Shipping Policy

All Canvasé orders are carefully prepared before dispatch.

Please allow up to 3 days for your order to be prepared and dispatched. Delivery times shown below begin once your order has been dispatched.

Republic of Ireland Delivery

Standard Delivery — €7
Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days after dispatch

Express Delivery — €8
Estimated delivery: next working day after dispatch

International Delivery

For international orders, please contact hello@canvaseshop.com before placing your order. We’ll confirm available shipping options, estimated delivery times and costs for your destination.

International orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes or import charges depending on the destination.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note that the 1-week preparation time applies to both Standard and Express delivery. Choosing Express delivery speeds up the delivery time after dispatch but does not shorten the order preparation period.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. Canvasé cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
